The test of voluntary exposure is the litmus test of one's heart. John 3:21-22, “ They hate the light because they want to sin in the darkness. They stay away from the light for fear their sins will be exposed and they will be punished. But those who do what is right come to the light gladly, so everyone can see that they are doing what God wants." Is there anything in your heart or life that is a secret? Are you willing to voluntarily turn and reveal your heart, attitudes, actions, and life for others to speak into, to bring correction and discipline to if needed?
What is God putting His finger on in your life that must be exposed to His light, His heart, His love, and His correction?
I have to love correction more than my own selfish, independent self.
I have to voluntarily drop my guard to allow others the safety and opportunity to speak into my life.
James 5:16, "Confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The earnest prayer of a righteous person has great power and wonderful results."
